Not much likes, there will be lot of politics, if people wants to join in this company then after 10 - 12 months either abscond or will resign for sure, to gain experience without knowledge

Dislikes

If u dont achieve the target, then you may have to extend everyday which is 11 hours and travelling 2 hrs so almost 13-15 hrs. You will get tired everyday.
