Work satisfaction sometimes, few TLs are good, opportunities for levels

Dislikes

Politics in growth, no proper appraisal for high rated performers as well. If we raise voice on issue in team will be targeted. No proper responses from Team leads on any organisation clarification and on project related clarification. Heavy work which is not tolerated. There are many dislikes but no words.
