Currently am not working in ags. I worked for 15months my last day was November 2023 but still I did not reviewed my relieving letter yet. Many times I tried to reach HR via call & mail but no response from there end. Not only me also my team members also faced lot of issues. We tried to reach it to HR but we never received positiveresponse from HR worst HR policies. Currently am working in different company they did Background verification they received negative feedback like I din worked in ags. Recruiting process is good in AGS.

Work satisfaction is worst. After putting 100% efforts & hardwork in 8 hours per day is not satisfactory in AGS. I suggest not to join this organisation as experience candidate for AR caller role. I suggest to join this organisation only for Quality analyst role, AM, operations manager.

No matter how much experience you got, If you are an associate then Management only need your expertise in doing production. Any suggestions or ideas given by Team lead and above only will be entertained. The respect Associates gets here like even security guard and cab drivers won't care you.
