I like those people's who were working with me.they helped me a lot. They helped me in coding in which mostly when I get difficult jobs.

In my site there were a lot of politics and the management didn't care about us employees.I hate those team leaders, Why? because they put us through a lot of stress in the name of errors giving a tough job because of personal reasons . And mostly HR in my site she is only doing favor for TL's not for us. Medical coding became a stressful job for me for example I woke up every morning panicking and inside my mind I started to say coding numbers even while I was sleeping. And the main thing is software issues. It was that much stressful that my head got spinning. I even got harassed by one of the TL but I don't wanna talk about it right now. They want us to extend every day even though we finish our target. It was the worst job in my life. I got such a bad experience of corporate things....Read More
