It's a growing small & medium size ca firm. Work life balance is respected here. Employees are treated well. Since it is growing ca firm, lot of scope for new learnings from scratch

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
