That's why we follow a Hybrid (3 days) work policy and an Extended one-month work-from-home policy. Work-life balance is a shared responsibility that involves clear expectations, accountability, and collaboration. While certain roles require in-office presence and active participation, we also encourage open communication to address any concerns employees may have regarding workload or flexibility. We are always open to feedback and committed to improving wherever possible. For any specific concerns, we encourage a constructive dialogue through the appropriate internal channels.

Thanks for acknowledging this aspect. We take pride in enabling the entry and early phase of freshers. It is getting difficult these days as most companies do not want to take the pain of mentoring the freshers seriously. Either the process overheads like excessive documentation take most of the time of a fresher or they are given non-productive tasks. In Agbe, we ensure that they get into live projects as soon as possible which makes a huge difference in building their skills and confidence. First-year being mostly the training, the compensation may not be very high but we ensure that we shape it so well that you do not worry about salaries thereafter in the industry.
