Nothing, it is less of a school, more of a circus.

I believe there is nothing worthy to praise this institution. They have a big buidling and a large campus. But does a big buidling make a good school? Absolutely no. They make teachers work from 7 in the morning till 4 in the evening. 9 hours of work is fine, but imagine without a single free period or without a single paid leave.Even the lunch break last for 20 minutes so that teachers dont eat more. Not to forget, the food that they serve is the worst ever. Same vegetable for entire month, only roti. Even a labour wont eat such food. If you are a food lover, you will turn into a skeleton. I worked there for just 3 months and lost more than 10 kg of flesh. Now to talk about the location of the school. The school is located 3 kms away from the main market and as it is away from the highway, you wont find any rickshaw or mode of trasnport to commute to the market. As they serve the worst food, you will be compelled to cook on your own by buying groceries. I remember even if I had to buy coriander leaves worth 5 rupees, I had to shell out 70 rupees to hire a peddling rickshaw on my return journey ( the outward journey, you will have to walk). The school is located in the midst of field where farming is done. During rainy season, it becomes a jungle. You will find lots of insects, which will bite you, leaving you with a burning sensation that will last for days and yet they will tell you to keep standing while teaching. They will call you for a team meeting by sending a whatsapp text even after dinner at 9 pm. Till September, they dont get enough teachers so a regular class holds 60 students but till September, you will have to manage a class of 100 students as it will combined of two sections. On salary front, they will hardly give you 5 thousand to 15 thousand. They will deduct 500 from your salary every month and wont pay it back. Not to forget, worst politics at the workplace.
