Management never considers the employee's Opinions and always changes the policies according to their convenience(Appraisal cycle, leaves, regarding pay also.... etc) HR always gives lectures about respect, timings, and work progress. But it does not apply to them, especially one person in them. Coming to work timings, most of thetime we need to stretch. The organization is running more biased on a few persons....Read More
