Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive. Good start for your BPO career for freshers

Dislikes

Ofcourse there is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is never decent unless you need a job for the sake someone. Never expect regular/decent hikes

I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team. Note: Not recommended unless you're a fresher / College drop-out and need to start a career in a BPO.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
