The company is young and fresh with ideas. I love the fact that we are in the technology field and are doing a pretty decent job to maintain the company funds intact. Dislikes

Compensation is not that great comparing to the work is done. The work pressure is high due to the small team. There is no proper structure in the company for the meetings held (long hours, outside work time). There is no proper work time is defined and followed (sometimes 15 hours a day, even weekends). There are no financial benefits like bonus or hike, pension, health insurance. The job security is very less and undetermined. There is no job training period or senior members to look after the work....Read More

Work Details

My work here is to look after the designing that goes out to brands, social media and such. It's a pressure job as I work alone with no team to support. Sometimes there is more work and sometimes none. The deadlines are strict and have to be followed.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
