Everything - Company treat employees very badly. No proper work schedule and timings. Force to work day and night. No salary credit on time. Not a single facility for employees. Hectic work schedule. Call for work even on public holidays and Sundays.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
