Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?

Mainly job security the contract period of one year surely impact the minds of every employee because as the 70% of contract period gets over ,it's common that employee thinks what next, whether the company extends my period or for security and backup should I look for some other company ,and he starts loosing his faith towards hiscompany that should happen what I personally feel , atleast the contract period should minimum for 2 to 3 years..
