In my opinion management is doing well to cope up with the situation as they are making decisions wisely and carefully at every next step. Their focus is to complete tasks but keeping health and safety of their employees as priority and that is appreciable.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA.
