Boss is very supportive and help in every way in their personality growth.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address that. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. No appreciation of experience staff and replace them to save money ..and hire new staff with no experience.It is continuously done.

I learnt everything on the job but i worked very hard because I love my work. But my personal life is always get affected due to shortage of employees and workloads are always high

The promotions are given based on favoritism rather than merit and hard work. All of their team members show false degree over website. They don't complete their CA, CWA or CPA just pursuing them or dropout. Hardworking and dedicated staff just get suffers
