I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

If they would have facilities like PF, Gratuity and medical insurance i would have never left the company for atleast 5 years.
