In all honesty, nothing. I was driven to a point where quitting the company was the only sane option left.

Dislikes

1. No payment or delayed payment. You wouldn't get paid unless you remind them 5 times. That too in the last week of the next month, you'll get paid for the month. If they're gracious enough, you'll get the promised stipend, else keep begging. I have quit the job now with half month's pay still due. 2. The work structure is awful. There's no cordination amongst them. You'll have to keep repeating the same words to 2-3 people for one work to get done. Even though it's not your responsibility. 3. No growth. The same work everyday. Literally the same articles you have to rewrite 10-15 times. All the best to whoever decides with them....Read More
