I like that they have prayer room Good environement while Ramzan only.

Dislikes

I don't like there management. They don't have proper people for auditing the call in any department as well as for escalation. The IT people have so much attitute and thinks we don't have knowledge about computer. The manager of other dept i.e., UK process interfers in dubai process who don't have any process knowledge and talks very rudely . There are only 4 peoples as a senior and in which only 1 people know about dubai process. Offer letter is given when you leave the company not while joining. They will force you for 1 year contract. No ID card provided. Senior employee as well as collegaue will have problem if you try to make eye contact. No pantry Bring your own tiffin box.Although they have microwave which doesn't work. Salary Slip is given after 6 months. They can terminate you while in notice period although it is not written anywhere. Only milk coffee is available from the coffee machine which is worst....Read More
