Worst company ever . A tech support scammer is running this company who doesn't know a shit abt this business . Shouting at his manger ,using foul language. Not able to pay salary on time . employees highly demotivated. If you want to spoil your life or your carrier join this company .

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
