Management tries everything in their ability to provide you support while your working from home whether it's your system wifi or any technical issue. Since it's a WPP organization we get weekly seminars to improve our professional skills and personal. The team is very supportive when it come to work and meeting deadlines during the pandemic I haven't faced any difficulty delivering the job on time....Read More

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
