No work life balance. I joined the company during covid. I was a fresher. The main boss Mr. Prasad use to ask me to notes things from the call, prepare detailed Email and share the email beyond work times. As it was complete work from home, there was time flexibility. But this doesn't mean that an employee will work anytime. Also, he use to get mad and scold for not getting desired result. The focus was not on making me learn things. He use to ask me to even work on Sundays. Repeated insults and not appropriate work environment, I had no choice but to resign within 2 months....Read More
