The company treat its employees like family & always stand with them, in any thick & thin, Being a Startup its immense learning, as you are able to work in each department & all aspects of digital marketing is touched. The longer you work, you are able to become a problem solver, as you are guided with & at the same time allowed to take decisions that will help the organization grow

As they deal with Movies, at times Sunday is also working, which they do give complimentary off & pay,

The Owner (calls himself CEO) Metally tortures and harasses to all the employees. Deducts salary for even 1 min late login and the logout time goes 2-3 hrs beyond, not a single employee can logout on time it goes beyond that. He compares and does partiality with employees. Takes meeting 4-5 or more than that and then he says start working. And you have to give every minutes of update for what are you doing what you did.
