Terrible misogynist company, toxic logistics CEO and SVPs who are sadists with no empathy. No option for WFH even during personal emergencies, Saturdays are working, no guidance/feedback is given. No skill development takes place here. They make you stay long hours even when there is no work, even during cyclones. Micromanagement isrampant, interacting with some general managers in the company feels like they have not even passed school. Politics is also rampant, with some people in senior positions doing nothing, but yet taking credit for people's work.
