Dislikes

I worked as shift in charge a 12 hours shift, two days two nights then two off, I think this schedule for job is not satisfactory (health issue), even off day I have to attend all calls.Personal life Imbalance.

Work Details

I have to cover all sites, it is not possible for a single person to cover all sites,If everything is going ok then nobody will come forward to appreciate but if in case accident occurred then everyone is ready to blame the shift in charge.
