Job security and safety are very good, i like the employer policy and in terms of management very perfect. They are also good in social intervention and social responsibility

Dislikes

Actually i would been wish we would be sent outside the country for training in other to improve on our job perfomance

Work Details

My works to start from early morning pre start induction meeting with all the entire team for 15 minutes then look out for the previous shift jobs reports and also looks on the work others scheduled for the day, looks also on PM task for the day, monitor

My immediate boss(the Snr Geotechnical engineer), he inspires, motivates and mentors me a lot. Per his experience from companies, he love to teach younger and up-coming engineers in his section

Dislikes

Though minor contracts are given to fresh graduate from school after their National service to gather funds, they don not give what is due to. Pressure on the job is high with little or no supervision

Work Details

I am a junior mine Getechnical engineer, with challenging work roles as I have look after the pit wall slopes, active mining areas and waste dumps on a daily visual inspection.
