Likes

It is good to work with AD Cinemas before lockdown due to Covid-19 but after the lockdown company had paid 40 to 50 percent salary, at the present time business suffers so many financial crises so still we are getting half or less half salary.

Work satisfaction - Good
Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

It's good but the hierarchy of employees is not mainting by the management so it should be more professional with the working environment.

my work is full of accounting & some taxation work etc.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
