Likes

Flexible timings for working. No issues with leaves you get 21 leaves a year plus sick leaves. Also you get to work from home. A very open working environment.

Work-life balance - Excellent

Dislikes

A lot of different work to do, but the growth is slow. Your efforts go unoticed. Company is not sure of what it wants from the employee. Salary hikes are average but feels like peanuts. No proper timeline for promotion is laid out. You get promoted as and when the management feels to.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
