I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

Company simply laid off half the employees without any notice period. No job security.

Think many times for joining in all possible ways. They don't have good work culture and no HR policies at all, typically you will get know what to do. No management and No administration also.

Dislikes

First thing in the life, it's about you right? So thinking of you is not a mistake. Thinking about the others will be mistaken all the time is what you have to face here.
