A start up doing good, slowly amd gradually increasing it's workforce. Mostly they don't have in-house projects. They deploy their employees at Client location, so your day to day work will depend up on how your client environment is. I have recently joined, so not sure about Hike and appraisal.

Dislikes

I am working at client location and my client has a lot of work, so during pandemic, work from home has gone for a toss. Not sure about hike, as I have joined recently.

Work-life balance - Poor

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
