Resources coordination and willingness to help each other whenever required. Team bonding and collaboration.

Dislikes

No initiative for any kind of employee welfare, their motivation or skill improvement. They don’t schedule any skill training. Employees are left on their own after recruitments. HR team is least supportive and entirely plays in hands of 3-4 seniors people in management. They never listen to any of the employee concerns. Worst work culture that one can imagine. Got Offer from TCS!

Hello, I got 32L CTC offer from TCS as an IAM associate consultant. Is it a good package considering I have 10.9 years of experience and in IAM 3.6 years? Rest of the experience is in dot net.
