Good work environment and culture. Teammates and management are supportive. Company policies are good and they give good salary and bonus every year.

The job is quite interesting.I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session.I learnt everything in the job.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
