I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Cooperative and supportive peers. Developing accounting and soft skill sets on account of dealing with clients directly. Work life balance. All I had to do is do 8 hours of quality work and management takes complete responsibility for everything.

Dislikes

Clients could be very specific about requirements and timelines. Meeting client requirements could be a challenge.
