Management treats employees like trash and machinery at their disposal and not considered as people. They expect people not to have a personal life beyond work. Female employees are made to work late until 10.30pm. Officially the work days are Mon to Friday. But unofficially it's Monday to Saturday for most and Monday to Sunday for many.
