Best about AccSource is, very employee friendly, literally no politics, just you do your job, rest all is taken care. Every one is appreciated and recognised for their work. Value based focuses on clients at the same time takes care of their team members.

I am in the Bookkeeping team and I really enjoy my work. My Australian counterpart is good, helping to learn a lot of things. I love accounting and my job is core accounting and everyday I keep learning something new, which makes the job interesting.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
