It is a bad company with zero work ethics, it was called INSAID before. CEO of the company is a nice person to talk to and COO is just the opposite. Nikhil Bhogaraju (COO) is one of the worst leaders I have ever seen and worked with. He is one of the most thankless “leader” who doesn’t appreciate the hard work you’ve put in. People in the sales team are asked to leave the org in just 7 days if you don’t clear the trainings (one of the policy that new joiners are not informed about) I was asked to work on weekends, stretch my working hours till 9-10pm, i was not compensated/given a comp off to work on a Sunday. I have seen the senior managers screaming on their subordinates like it is fish market. I had a great manager but just because of the top management I left this toxic company. There is nothing noteworthy about this company apart from the fact that they hire novices and push them to do tasks that they don’t specialize in and expect miracles in short amount of time.

Clueless Management. Over hyping 3-4 employees they have who are extremely toxic leaders. Run only after people who bring them monetary benefit. Poor salary and compensation. No work life balance

1. Celebrate every small events. 2. Hybrid mode. 3. Colleagues are good.

Dislikes

1. No job security. Problem is that every now and then you will hear that you are going out of the company. 2. Spot incentives are announced but not given. 3. Salary gets deducted, noone to answer. Can't claim your PFs. No one is bothered to revert over your emails. 4. Anytime they can announce that tomorrow is WFO or Working, even if it's an off day.
