If you don't like project and ask Senior Program Manager to change the project, the Manager, Senior PM and Project manager will make your life hell. These people will start targeting you. Work life balance is very poor Giving good offers to new employees but old employees just 5-7 % hike which was also not given for 2 months.. Hike is less as per expectations.. Manager promise some high but get low in the hike letter.. Not much new learning ..
