I have worked in this organisation for 10 months, got to learn a lot of things but the overall experience was very bad. The management was horrible and job security was 0 over there. There were no personal life and work life balance. The behaviour of the lead was terrible. And the management was pathetic. My overall experience in Accolite Digital was that bad, that i can't explain in words.

There is a lot of politics and when I address my issue, they asked me to get out in such a way that no one can say anything against them. I used to work for 12-13 hours a day but wasn't getting the proper compensation for that. In my attendance sheet there were 2 week off which i was supposed to get on Saturdays and Sundays but i used to get only 1.
