The option of working from home...

Managers are condescending and offer zero support. Appraisals are either delayed or skipped entirely, and increments are barely noticeable. Horrible management, toxic work culture, no appraisals, and insulting salary hikes. Employees are treated as machines, not humans. Save yourself the stress!

I am working in accionlabs from past 8 months. But my experience is very Bad at it's core.. Women employees are totally ignored and they are targeted by giving mental torture.In Mumbai office after the office hours, someone in a team of my project is coming closely with me and misbehaved with me. I immediately came out . Same incident twicely happened. I saw few reviews in other places in accionlabs. I feel all the women in accionlabs should come together and raise their voices. Incompetent Leadership & Disregard for Professionalism Working with this company was an incredibly disappointing experience. The project manager showed a shocking level of carelessness and a complete lack of professionalism.
