The promotion cycle as well as compensation was little off for the batch joined in 2017 as there were new rules which impacted us. The new rules made it difficult to climb up the ladder faster as well as paid less. Currently in 2022, they have done away with the policy for new entrants, hopefully this will help people scale up faster based on the amount of work they put in.

Great Work-Life Balance, Decent Growth, Work From Home, rest all which any Service based company would give. If you land up with a good team where Onshore folks call shots, then consider yourself lucky, because most of them respect you well as compared to Indian peers.

Dislikes

One thing which really put me off was the ability to transition between Accenture Verticals, its almost like they don't you too, which is very hypocritical as they keep preaching about ONE Accenture.
