Stuck from 2.6 years without hike and promotion

I have been working at my current organization for 2.6 years and started with a CTC of ₹8 lakh, which has remained unchanged since my joining. During this period, I have not received any promotions or salary hikes, which has made me question whether I should wait for growth within the company or explore external opportunities. I am hopeful of getting a promotion in June this year, but I am unsure if it’s worth waiting for. Here’s what I am considering: 1. Stay and wait for the promotion: There’s a possibility of career progression in June. Should I wait for it, considering the time and effort I have invested here? 2. Start looking for a new opportunity: I could begin exploring other organizations where I might receive a better salary, role, and career growth. However, leaving without securing my next promotion feels uncertain. I would appreciate suggestion: Whether I should wait until June or start looking for better option or if you have something else please tell me in comments

There is nothing to like in Accenture.

Skill development - Good

Dislikes

Poor work life balance too much pressure of work. Teammates are not that much supportive every time you get warning of documentation in case of minor error also. For contractual employees no career and job security at all. If you are Boot licker then you will get appraisal hike and everything your performance don't matter at all. Even they don't pay OT to contractual employees.
