I have 8+ Exp. I have to chose between Virtusa and Accenture depending on below details: Accenture Fixed CTC = 27.5 LPA + 27% Variable Pay Virtusa Fixed CTC = 24 LPA + 10% Variable Pay which is 100% payable every six months = 27.4 LPA (Total) Virtusa is saying Client may absorb after 6 months and may give depending on the market standards. If my CTC is lower than Clients standard CTC then only i will get hike. Accenture Designation = Associate Manager Virtusa Designation = Sr Lead Engineer Looking for a long term stay

A great place to work and has good working environment. There are so many class room training which are very helpful not only for your carrier growth but for personal growth as well. It celebrates all festivals and major point is, has good transport.

Dislikes

Cafeteria Should be improved. There is only one vender in cafeteria that's why we have to eat according to their schedule like dictatorship. Also for night shift dinner timing should be extended till 11 to 12.
