HR policy is good,hike is also good, exposure to clients is good

12 hours shift is normal ,in the portal they will only ask you to fill 9 hours,even if you log off after 9 hours ,the amount of task in buket will not finish until you spend daily 12-13 hours reason being there so much micro management that each and every small thing has to be done only after following lengthy process and review from seniors 0 work life balance, people can't miss meetings even they connect while driving to office. Client is God to Accenture who is always right and cannot be denied at any cost ,even if it's requires extending 3-4 weekend continuously to deliver task as soon as possible. Raising the bar does not mean at the cost employees 0 work life balance. there are so many events, social platforms , health awareness program benefits provided Accenture but in reality hardly lead and above folks are able to join due to work pressure....Read More

Offer Letter Accenture

Hi Folks, I'm Currently working as an MT in Genpact having 5.88 LPA fixed + 10% annual performance bonus in noida recently got an offer letter Accenture Gurgaon they are offering 8.70 LPA Fixed + 21% Variable on CL 11.2 is it worth joining accenture? Or should i look for another offer ?
