Likes

This is one of the best companies I have worked with. Learning and growth opportunity is high. I believe if you are in accenture you are not a mediocre, that's why they chose you. They pay you well.

Work satisfaction - Excellent

Dislikes

The only thing which I would like Accenture to improve is work life balance. Yes I learnt a lot, but what is the benefit of learning and earning so much, if I can't enjoy my free time, my weekends, my evenings with my friends and family.

Got Offer from TCS!

Hello, I got 32L CTC offer from TCS as an IAM associate consultant. Is it a good package considering I have 10.9 years of experience and in IAM 3.6 years? Rest of the experience is in dot net. Also, TCS is considering 10.2 experience only as some process on their side. Please share your thoughts on the offered package and the experience part. Thank you in advance.
