F***ing politics and f***ing people around, no one is genuine even girls married and unmarried li*k and su*k everyone to survive. Even though i worked hard i suffered more and was forced to resign as i am questioning them. Horrible company for me and if someone who thinks its a big firm don't think like that coz things happen in different way inside completely.

Am I getting Lowball offer?

I currently work at Accenture and, after 4 years and 3 months of experience, have a fixed pay of 7.33 L (7.9 L CTC). I recently qualified for Senior Data Engineer at IBM and got an offer for 13.92 L (1299200 fixed, 66342 PF and 26537 Gratuity). I wanted to check if this offer is fine or if I am getting a lowball offer for the Gurugram location.
