The compensations and the regular available trainings were the only things I like here. The supervisors and leads are worst in industry though and will do everything to make your life miserable.

The supervisors and leads are worst in entire IT industry. They are not much cooperative about trainings and leaves or in fact anything that could lead to your growth.

No salary difference in performing a nd non performing employees. Less hikes. Less pay as per work. Overtime not worth it or paid.
