Due to the layoff announcement at high cost regions, the work culture has become the worst. Onshore folks feel the people at offshore as threat.

Not people oriented and typical services company mentality. Not good if you get in to bench, you can choose what u want and where you want to work Most of the teams promotions are based and salary will always be well below the market
