You can learn a lot here with compromise on work life balance. Some seniors not available to resolve your queries when in doubt, but gives toms of feedback when send for review and blame everything on you. No work life balance, expect you to work on unreasonable deadlines.

They speak a lot about individual respect, but the HR only doesn't do that. I know that there will be internal politics in every organization, but in Accenture you will find it in every step possible. People do not have basic human decency.

I worked here for 5 years in CD team and quit accenture few months before along with many more in my team. Poor leadership in CD team, no value for those who work hard and are sincere. HR case was raised by multiple team members but no proper action taken on the manager who was the reason for multiple people losing their jobs and career. No idea if the Chennai leads are aware of what had been happening I the CD team at Chennai. Highly unprofessional , biased and unethical leads in the CD team, Chennai. Time should answer ! Highly disappointed - more than 17 team members from the same left Accenture as they had issues with the same lady manager as she is highly arrogant and unprofessional. She still works there and the rest of the team has lost their career. Nobody cares!...Read More

Issues are not addressed professionally at Chennai. The HR team gives a discussion call for exit after a month post I left the company. If the HR team had addressed the issue professionally and with dedication , many in the CD team would have not left and the respective manager and the leads would have been questioned. Worst environment lot of politics.toxic management, management will shatter the life of employees by using PIP against the people who doesn't honk to management always using pip fakely to remove and to stop the growth of the employees.even hr know it's an irrelavant PIP still they continue to support management bull shits.
