1. Timings are really bad especially in WFH. The work hours extend more than 12 hours. You don't have any personal time left. I worked in 2nd shift (12:30 to 9:30pm) but still people ping you at 2 am in the night expecting you to reply asap. You are expected to start responding from 11am in the morning till forever in night and attend late night calls which are scheduled for 11pm. 2. They don't give increment after the end of fiscal year. From last 2 years there has been no increment in salary. They just give you hopes that you will get it next year. You will not be able to grow financially here. 3. Managers dont listen to you. They make you work on saturdays and sundays without any comp-off or rewards. Poor work life balance, Retaliation happens even when they say they are against it but when you say to your big leads NO which you're not comfortable doing it, they make sure your life goes hell in the company.
