Currently I'm working as Reports Developer (SQL DEVELOPER) in Accenture .I have a hands on experience of 2years. I am very glad to be part of Accenture. Work environment is good. I am very honest and hard worker in team. Team members are very supportive and friendly in nature. Team has provided very good opportunities to grow in career like providing more learning new things,trainings for new process....Read More

Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

There is very less growth. Working hours is more (9-10 hours). Very Less hike( Compensation) There is no new opportunities to grow in career. Also there is team entertainment or fun activities, all time we need to work ,thers is no team outings such kind of things .

Promotions - Poor

Work Details

work pressure will be more (more than 9 hrs) No more increment in the salary. Thers is no appreciation from team, regarding the work which i did in the critical time.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

Got Offer from TCS!

Hello, I got 32L CTC offer from TCS as an IAM associate consultant. Is it a good package considering I have 10.9 years of experience and in IAM 3.6 years? Rest of the experience is in dot net. Also, TCS is considering 10.2 experience only as some process on their side. Please share your thoughts on the offered package and the experience part. Thank you in advance.
