Learning and training will be there.. but project and supervisor has to allow. Leaves can be managed well.

6 months before freezing feedback and it will be insecure since anytime they can modify. No proper hikes and promotions. Asking resource to move anywhere based on project requirement. Not employee support company anytime if they dont want they will through out.

I like 3 things a lot ... One is learning & development program, 2nd the growth and the structure in place to understand employee performance, 3rd compensation plan

Dislikes

Senior Management has now were connection with employees working for them.. they are driving faster growth and results with no proper connection with their employees.

It's was very exciting to work with Accenture for the first year, but later it started to get monotonous due to same routine task.
