The type of interview that was conducted had no connection with the project where I was actually put into. I work from remote location based on the location flexibility. My project location is in Bangalore and I work from Kolkata. And there is a huge partiality towards Bangalore employees when it comes to appraisal. There is not much of a scope for actual learning in the project. People will call even in week offs for different things. Manager interaction is very less.
